We're a small business that designs and imports handcrafted counter stools in small batches. Every order really matters to us, and we're grateful every time someone chooses our shop for their home.
Everything we make is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities. Because of that, we've thoughtfully created our policies so you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.

30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day return window for absolutely any reason on unused items in original condition and packaging. We want to make sure you truly love your stools!
Standard Returns
We are happy to help coordinate return shipping using our discounted shipping rates if helpful, or you may choose to ship the items using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no restocking fees for exchanges. A 15% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected.
Shipping Timelines
Each product page indicates whether an item is in stock or includes an estimated ship date. All shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary based on production schedules, carrier transit times, and unforeseen delays. If there are any meaningful changes, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Design Confirmation
Design Confirmation can be indicated at checkout for any order of 3 or more stools.
Once your design is approved, we will ship the remaining stools as soon as they are available. In rare cases, there may be a short term delay due to availability.
If you decide not to proceed after Design Confirmation, the sample stool must be returned in its original packaging and in new unused condition.
Damages
Any damage or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist appropriately.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase or prior to shipment, whichever occurs first, for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellations are permitted up to 7 days from purchase and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee.
After 7 days, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled, as inventory has been allocated and the order has been added to our production schedule.
