Kitchens are the hearts of our homes and they keep getting more beautiful - counter stools have not kept up. So we set out to change that, and our journey led us to Bali, where stunning jungles meet crystal coastlines, and where we found the perfect blend of sustainable materials and incredible craftsmanship. Using responsibly sourced teak and rattan, we've created counter stools that will last forever and bring a touch of adventure to your space. No more settling for mass-produced monotony - these pieces are made to match your style and become part of your home's story.

Yes. We offer a Design Confirmation option so you can feel 100% sure.

At checkout, you can request Design Confirmation and place your full order as usual. We will ship one stool first so you can see it in your space. If you love it, we will send the remaining stools based on availability. If it is not the right fit for any reason, return shipping is on us and your order will be fully refunded.

30 Day Returns

We offer a 30 day return window for absolutely any reason on unused items in original condition and packaging. We want to make sure you truly love your stools.

Standard Returns

We are happy to help coordinate a return shipping label using our discounted FedEx rates, or you may choose to ship the items using the carrier of your choice. There are no restocking fees for exchanges. A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected.

Design Confirmation

Our Design Confirmation service lets you try one stool in your space before the rest of your order ships. If you decide not to proceed, return shipping is on us and your order will be fully refunded.

Damages

Any damage or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist appropriately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Our pieces are built to last, but proper care helps maintain their beauty. Here's what we recommend for each material:

For Rattan:

  • Regular dusting with a soft cloth or vacuum with brush attachment
  • For cleaning, use a slightly damp cloth with mild soap
  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning
  • Clean spills immediately with a dry cloth
  • Best suited for indoor use or covered outdoor areas

For Teak:

  • Regular cleaning with a soft, damp cloth
  • For deeper cleaning, use mild soap and water
  • Avoid harsh chemicals and bleach
  • Clean spills promptly
  • Use specialized teak cleaner for stubborn stains

For Leather:

  • Regular dusting with a soft or microfiber cloth
  • Clean with slightly damp cloth, preferably using distilled water
  • For thorough cleaning, use mild soap solution with lukewarm water
  • Test cleaning products in inconspicuous area first
  • Apply leather conditioner every 6-12 months
  • Apply in circular motions with soft cloth, buff with dry cloth
  • Keep away from direct heat sources
  • Clean spills immediately
  • For oil stains, use cornstarch or baking soda to absorb, then wipe clean
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or bleach

All in stock items typically ship the next business day via FedEx.

If an item is not currently in stock, it is clearly marked on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Any updates to that timeline will be shared via email after purchase.

Our main materials are sustainably sourced teak, rattan, natural weaves of banana leaf, cane rattan, vegetable-dyed leather, and synthetic ecoline paper cord. Your stools arrive safely in double-layered cardboard packaging, completely free of styrofoam and plastic.

Sustainability guides our process from how we initially concept our designs to the packaging that arrives at your front door. Through direct relationships with our producers, we maintain an ongoing conversation about environmental responsibility at every step. We work exclusively with certified suppliers in Indonesia who practice selective harvesting and reforestation, and maintain strict standards throughout our production process to ensure both environmental responsibility and fair labor practices. Our products are carefully double boxed with no plastic to arrive at your door safely in packaging you can easily recycle.
