30 Day Returns
We offer a 30 day return window for absolutely any reason on unused items in original condition and packaging. We want to make sure you truly love your stools!

Standard Returns

We are happy to help coordinate return shipping using our discounted FedEx rates if helpful, or you may choose to ship the items using the carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. There are no restocking fees for exchanges. A 10% restocking fee applies to standard returns. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected.

Design Confirmation

Design Confirmation can be indicated at checkout for any order of 3 or more stools.

Once your design is approved, we will ship the remaining stools as soon as they are available. In rare cases, there may be a short term delay due to availability.

If you decide not to proceed after Design Confirmation, the sample stool must be returned in its original packaging and in new unused condition.

Damages

Any damage or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist appropriately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for any reason within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
