Wanted style, needed practical.
Jackie had really great design sense and a pretty specific aesthetic in mind - natural looking, woven, clean lines. But with 3 little girls under age 9, style wasn't her only concern.
"I want our kitchen island to look put together, but also be prepared for chaos! A lot of our quick meals happen here during the week, it's the homework station, crafting zone, and where all our baking successes and failures take place on weekends."
Bulan was our first recommendation. The design was spot on, and the Resilience Rope can be deep cleaned - we joked that depending on the dinner, it could be hosed off on the patio.
